Basic Insurance
Included in the rental cost, this option provides essential protection:
•Third Party Insurance (TPI/TPL): Covers liability for material damages, death, or bodily injuries to third parties caused by the renter.
•Personal Accident Insurance (PAI): Covers the driver and passengers in case of an accident.
•Collision Damage Waiver (CDW): Limits the renter’s liability to a higher excess amount in case of damage.
Ideal for those who prioritize affordability but are comfortable with a higher excess amount and those who have a personal excess insurance on their card.
Full Insurance
This optional upgrade builds on the coverage of Basic Insurance, providing additional protection:
•Third Party Insurance (TPI/TPL): Covers liability for material damages, death, or bodily injuries to third parties caused by the renter.
•Personal Accident Insurance (PAI): Covers the driver and passengers in case of an accident.
•Full Damage Waiver (FDW): Limits the renter’s liability to a moderate excess amount.
•Theft & Fire Protection: Covers damages caused by theft or fire (except in cases of negligence, such as leaving keys in the vehicle).
•Weather Condition Damages: Covers damages caused by severe weather.
•Glass Parts, Lights & Mirrors Protection: Covers damages to windows, headlights, and mirrors.
This plan offers excellent protection with moderate excess, making it a popular choice among travelers.
Premium Full Insurance
For complete peace of mind, choose our Premium Full Insurance:
•Third Party Insurance (TPI/TPL): Covers liability for material damages, death, or bodily injuries to third parties caused by the renter.
•Personal Accident Insurance (PAI): Covers the driver and passengers in case of an accident.
•Super Full Damage Waiver (SFDW): Significantly reduces the excess amount to the closest to 0 possible level.
•Theft & Fire Protection: Coverage for theft and fire-related damages. (except in cases of negligence, such as leaving keys in the vehicle)
•Weather Condition Damages: Coverage for weather-related damages.
•Glass Parts, Lights & Mirrors Protection: Includes damages to windows, headlights, and mirrors.
•Tires Protection: Covers damage to tires.
This comprehensive option provides the ultimate level of protection, ensuring a stress-free rental experience with almost zero excess.
Important Information
•The excess amount and insurance cost vary depending on the category of vehicle selected. Details are available during the booking process.
•Deposits can be secured using any type of cards, phone apps and/or cash, ensuring flexibility for all renters.
•If the deposit is paid in cash, it is returned to the customer upon the completion of the rental, when the car is returned. If secured with a card, the funds are automatically released by the bank after a specific period.
•For young drivers and senior drivers the insurances might differ. There will be a relevant written notification at the office
What is not covered by any insurance:
- Traffic Law Violation
- Unauthorized drivers
- The interior of the car
- Damage or loss of car keys and equipment
- Damage to the engine
- Wrong Fuel
- Damage that caused due to driving off-road or on inappropriate roads.
- Damage to the under part of the car.
- Complete tires destruction.
- Damages that caused after the agreed return time.
- Burning out the clutch, burning out the tires.
