How we will meet each other?

At the day of your arrival a representative of our company will be waiting for you in front of the international / national arrivals hall, holding a placard bearing your name or in front of the reception at your accommodation. You will receive all of these details, after you have sent the e-mail of the confirmation of the reservation, by our representative within 24 hours.

Can I extend my rental?

You can extend your rental and notify us promptly.

Can I modify/cancel my reservation?

You can modify or cancel your reservation by sending an email at info@corfucarunited.com or calling at (+30) 698 372 7453 at least 48 hours before. No cancellation fees will be applied.

Is the price displayed at the time of booking the final price of the rental?

At Corfu United our aim is to be always reliable. The price being displayed is the price you pay. There are NO HIDDEN CHARGES.

What should I do in case of any problems with my car?

Before you start driving always check the fuel warning light, especially if you do not know how far the next gas station is located.

What if I am involved in a car accident?

First you will contact us at the phone number that it will be given to you by our representative the day of the pick up, then the police will come shortly at the place of the accident in order you to complete the accident report & all the services needed.

Are there any age limitations for drivers renting a car?

You must be minimum 21 years old for car groups A, A1, B, B1 and 25 years old for all other groups.

What car insurance packages are offered?

The prices include the following insurance packages:

  • C.D.W. (Collision Damage Waiver in case of accident).
  • Theft & Fire protection.
  • Personal Accident Insurance.
  • Third Party Liability Insurance.
  • Option For Total Vehicle Protection (S. C.D.W.).
  • Legal Protection Insurance (L.P.I.).
Can I have full insurance?

Yes, you can choose “Total Vehicle Protection” during the booking process.
S.C.D.W. (Super Collision Damage Waiver)is an optional service which if chosen reduces your financial liability for damage to tires, glasses, mirrors, accessories & F.T.W – (Fire & Theft Protection): In case of accidental fire or theft of vehicle.
The cost of this coverage depends on the car group the renter has selected. Otherwise there is an excess for these car parts and the cost on the car group.

How do I know that my reservation is confirmed or not?

For the confirmation of every reservation you will be informed through an email sent by a representative of our company after the reservation has been sent.
